Dr. Joydeep Ghosh is recognized as one of the best cancer doctor in Kolkata, India. He completed his MBBS at Medical College, Kolkata and pursued MD in Medicine from IPGMER and SSKM Hospital. Following this, Dr. Ghosh gained valuable experience in the Haematology/Bone Marrow Transplant department at Apollo Kolkata for a year. Then, he joined the Department of Medical Oncology at the esteemed Tata Memorial Centre, Mumbai to pursue a DM in Medical Oncology.

After completing training, Dr. Joydeep Ghosh returned to Kolkata and served as a consultant in the Department of Medical Oncology at Tata Medical Centre, Kolkata. Currently, heis practising as a senior cancer doctor in Kolkata with a focus on breast cancer, gynaecological cancers (ovary, endometrium, cervix, and germ cell tumour), gastrointestinal cancersand head and neck cancers.

During his tenure at TMH Mumbai, Dr. Ghosh had the privilege to present his research at the San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium in 2015. At Tata Medical Centre Kolkata, he served as the principal investigator for multiple international clinical trials and actively participated in patient care.

As part of his academic endeavours, Dr. Ghoshhas published numerous national and international papers. He has also contributed as a teacher in the DNB Medical Oncology program at Tata Medical Centre, Kolkata.
